The Juno Project empowers teenage girls who have been, or are at risk of being, excluded from school, to achieve their goals in spite of their challenges.
Based in West Sussex, we encourage, enthuse and empower girls aged 14-16 years who've experienced a range of challenging and difficult circumstances. Through our bespoke programme, 'This is Me', and on-going mentoring, we encourage the girls to explore their behaviours, attitudes and responses - and develop a growth mindset that will enable them to overcome barriers and achieve whatever goals they set themselves.
The Juno Project was founded by Ali Golds, who herself overcame personal struggles and eventually launched her own business. Her work to help vulnerable women to achieve economic independence led her to start working with girls and young women in order to intervene before their life choices had had as big an impact on their lives.
